Step 1: Make dip:
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, horseradish and dill.
Step 3: Refrigerate
Step 4: In a large bowl
Step 5: Drizzle wings with oil.
Step 6: Season with celery salt and black pepper and set aside.
Step 7: In another large bowl
Step 8: Combine tomato juice, vodka, brown sugar, hot sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
Step 9: Whisk until fully incorporated and season with salt and pepper.
Step 10: Pour bloody Mary mixture over wings until they are fully submerged
Step 11: Reserving some to reduce.
Step 12: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Step 13: Preheat oven to 425.
Step 14: When an hour has passed remove wings from the bowl with tongs and place on a large baking sheet. Roast 45 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Step 15: Meanwhile
Step 16: In a small saucepan over medium heat, add marinade.
Step 17: Bring to a simmer and cover until reduced by half.
Step 18: When wings are ready, brush them with the thickened sauce and broil on high for 3-5 minutes.
