Step 1: Beat the eggs and stir in tomato sauce and rosemary.
Step 2: Mix together the sour cream and grated cheese.
Step 3: Melt the butter in a small frying pan over low heat.
Step 4: Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble with you spatula.
Step 5: Gradually stir in the sour cream-cheese mixture and cook, stirring continually ,until eggs are firm to your liking and cheese is melted.
Step 6: Good served with bacon and buttered toast.
