Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pints tomatoes (cherry or grape)
  • 3 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 block (8 ounce) feta cheese
  • 1 box (10 ounce) dry penne pasta (or similar shape pasta)
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F.

  • Step 2: In a large baking dish, combine tomatoes, garlic and most of oil. Season with salt and toss to combine.

  • Step 3: Place feta in center of tomato mixture and drizzle top with remaining olive oil.

  • Step 4: Bake 40-45 minutes, until tomatoes are bursting and feta is golden on top.

  • Step 5: Add pasta to feta baking dish and stir until completely combined.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with fresh basil.
