  • 1 can(15 ounces) vegetable stock
  • 1/8 cup golden raisins
  • 1/8 cup dates , chopped
  • 1/8 cup cashews, chopped
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/32 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
