  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites,beaten stiff
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: In bowl

  • Step 2: Beat egg yolks until light

  • Step 3: Add flour, sour cream, milk, and salt.

  • Step 4: Mix until smooth.

  • Step 5: In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff

  • Step 6: Fold egg whites into the yolk/flour mixture.

  • Step 7: Add a small amount of butter to a skillet to melt

  • Step 8: Pour batter in tablespoons onto skillet

  • Step 9: Fry until golden, flip and fry the other side is golden

  • Step 10: Serve hot with honey,syrup or jam
