Step 1: In bowl
Step 2: Beat egg yolks until light
Step 3: Add flour, sour cream, milk, and salt.
Step 4: Mix until smooth.
Step 5: In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff
Step 6: Fold egg whites into the yolk/flour mixture.
Step 7: Add a small amount of butter to a skillet to melt
Step 8: Pour batter in tablespoons onto skillet
Step 9: Fry until golden, flip and fry the other side is golden
Step 10: Serve hot with honey,syrup or jam
