Step 7: Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Step 8: Then
Step 9: Alternately add flour mixture and sour cream to shortening mixture, beating after each addition.
Step 10: With a wooden spoon, stir in chocolate pieces
Step 11: Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookies sheet.
Step 12: Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are browned. Cool on wire rack.
