Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup red onions, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 12 ounces cooked white rice,(2 cups)
  • 4 ounces shrimp , minced
  • 1 teaspoon maggi seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Garnish:
  • 2 cups mango,chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onion, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil

  • Step 2: Stir in onions and shallot

  • Step 3: Add garlic

  • Step 4: Add shrimp

  • Step 5: Add rice

  • Step 6: Add seasoning to taste

  • Step 7: Spray Pam in teacup

  • Step 8: Pack in rice

  • Step 9: Dump in center of the plate

  • Step 10: Arrange garnish around plate piling each thing together.
