Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces cooked medium grain rice,(4 cups)
  • 4 ounces portuguese sausage, diced ,(1/2 cup)
  • 2 ounces bacon, diced,(2 slices)
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 4 ounces char siu, chopped,(1/2 cups)
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons hon dashi

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dry rice in the refrigerator 1 day.

  • Step 2: Brown sausage and bacon in a large skillet.

  • Step 3: Add rice and mix well.

  • Step 4: Add onions, peas, carrots and char siu;

  • Step 5: Mix.

  • Step 6: Add oyster sauce, salt , hon dashi.
