Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 ounces ham, cubed
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chives,minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 6 ounces light cream(¾ cup half and half)
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese,(1 ½ cups)
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese,(¼ cup grated)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black olives , drained

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F and prep pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2: In a large non-stick skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat.

  • Step 3: Add ham, onions, .

  • Step 4: Turn and sauté until onions are soft, about 5 minutes.

  • Step 5: Set aside to cool.

  • Step 6: In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the half and half and whisk until blended.

  • Step 7: Add herbs,salt and freshly ground pepper

  • Step 8: Stir in the cheeses and the olives.

  • Step 9: Add the slightly cooled cooked onions and ham mix, stir to combine.

  • Step 10: Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish, taking care to distribute the ingredients evenly.

  • Step 11: Bake for about 20 minutes until done
