  • Coating:
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon herbs de provence

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425

  • Step 2: Oil cookie sheet

  • Step 3: Wash chicken

  • Step 4: Mix coating mix in ziploc bag

  • Step 5: Add wet chicken to bag and coat chicken

  • Step 6: Place on oiled sheet

  • Step 7: Bake for 20 minutes and flip

  • Step 8: Bake for 20 more minutes until chicken is browned and when pierced juices run clear. I like my chicken really browned so cook until your doneness is achieved
