  • Egg mixture:
  • 3 eggs,beaten
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/32 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1/32 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil

  • Step 2: Add onions and mushrooms

  • Step 3: Cook until tender

  • Step 4: Add tomatoes

  • Step 7: Add more oil

  • Step 8: Add beaten egg mixture

  • Step 9: Dont stir

  • Step 10: Cook until mostly dry

  • Step 11: Add filling on 1/2 of omelet

  • Step 12: Flip over

  • Step 13: Top with avocado slices
