Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup onion,minced
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning,to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 ounces cream cheese,softened
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter

  • Step 2: Add onion

  • Step 3: Add garlic

  • Step 4: Add seasonings

  • Step 5: Add corn

  • Step 6: Add water

  • Step 7: Heat until boiling

  • Step 8: Add cream cheese cover

  • Step 9: Take off heat and then stir after 5 minutes,(they used 8 ounces cream cheese I'm not)

  • Step 10: Stir in parsley at end
