Step 1: Toast English muffin.
Step 2: Spray inside of a coffee mug with non stick cooking spray.
Step 3: Break egg into mug and add in cottage cheese and dill.
Step 4: Stir gently for a second and try not to break the yolk.
Step 5: Put egg mixture into microwave for 30 – 40 seconds (with cover) or until egg is set.
Step 6: Gently loosen by running knife between inside of mug and egg.
Step 7: Mix sour cream, horseradish and mustard together.
Step 8: Spread evenly on each side of the English muffin.
Step 9: Top one side of the English muffin with sliced sausage and gently slide the cooked egg out of the mug and on top sausage.
Step 10: Add sliced tomato.
Step 11: Top with other half of English muffin.
