  • 4 ounces bacon,(4 strips)
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 5 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/32 teaspoons cayenne pepper powder, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Eggs
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: In first skillet, cook bacon until crisp.

  • Step 2: Remove bacon from pan, add onions and tomatoes and cook until translucent.

  • Step 3: Add mushrooms and seasonings, to taste.

  • Step 4: Cook until saucy and cooked down tight.

  • Step 5: In second skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter.

  • Step 6: Mix the rest of the egg ingredients.

  • Step 7: Pour 1/2 into pan and when almost set add 2 strips of bacon.

  • Step 8: Add 1/2 sauce on 1/2 of omelette.

  • Step 9: Fold over.

  • Step 10: Repeat.
