Step 1: In a large pan or dutch oven combine broth, water, bell pepper, carrot, noodles, green onion, soy sauce, ginger and crushed red pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat when it does. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until the veggies are tender crisp and the noodles are done.
Step 2: Stir in the chicken and snowpeas. Simmer uncovered for 1-2 minutes or until the peas are crisp tender. Serve!
