  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 cups water
  • 8 ounces dry ditalini pasta
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in stock pot

  • Step 2: Saute onion celery and carrots

  • Step 3: Until softened

  • Step 4: Add garlic and tomato paste

  • Step 8: Simmer 45 minutes until lentils are soft

  • Step 9: Add water if needed
