How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2: Wash and dry carrots. (Don't peel.)

  • Step 3: Lay on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Step 4: Brush with olive oil on all sides.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle liberally with sea salt.

  • Step 6: Drizzle with honey.

  • Step 7: Roast in the oven for 40 minutes at 375 degrees until golden.

  • Step 8: Drizzle with more olive oil.

  • Step 9: Snip fresh dill and gently toss together
