  • 6 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 can (28 ounces) tomatoes,crushed,(2 cups)
  • 1 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 8 ounces frozen green beans ,chopped fine,(2 cups)
  • 12 ounces frozen okra,sliced,(3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper,minced
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • Garnish:
  • 13 ounces cooked white rice,(2 cups)
  • 3 green onions,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put soup all together and simmer 40 minutes until done

  • Step 2: Remove bay leaf

  • Step 3: Put 1/2 cup cooked rice in bottom of bowl

  • Step 4: Ladle soup over it and garnish with green onions
