  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sauce:
  • 4 cups tomatoes,chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper,chopped
  • 7 ounces dry white rice,(1cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • Step 2: By mixing ingredients all together
