The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley,minced
  • 1/8 teaspoons paprika
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease six individual baking dishes (ramekins).

  • Step 2: Break up the cheese with a fork and sprinkle a layer on the bottom of each dish.

  • Step 3: Break an egg in each dish over the cheese.

  • Step 4: Season with salt.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle a layer of cheese on top of the egg, and over that put minced parsley, paprika, and a small piece of butter. Place the baking dishes in a shallow pan of hot water and bake in a moderate (350 degrees)oven until the eggs are set. (15 minutes)

  • Step 6: Remove from the oven and serve at once.
