Step 6: Remove chops to baking pan
Step 7: Add flour and second set of seasonings to fat
Step 8: Brown
Step 9: Add water and vinegar
Step 10: Stir
Step 11: Cook until thickened
Step 12: Put apple on top of chop
Step 13: Sprinkle raisins In
Step 14: Pour gravy mix over chops
Step 15: Cover with foil
Step 16: Bake 60 minutes
Step 17: Until chops are tender
