  • 1 pound flounder filets,boneless,
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Have a bowl for beaten eggs

  • Step 2: And a bowl of seasoned flour

  • Step 3: Heat oil and butter in skillet

  • Step 4: Rinse fish off

  • Step 5: Season lightly

  • Step 6: Dredge in the seasoned flour

  • Step 7: Then the egg

  • Step 8: Then back in the flour

  • Step 9: Place in hot skillet

  • Step 10: Brown on both sides

  • Step 11: Remove to paper towel covered plate

  • Step 12: Deglaze pan with wine and lemon juice scraping bottom

  • Step 13: Add chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of the seasoned flour mixed in

  • Step 14: Cook down

  • Step 15: Add fish back in to warm for 5 minutes
