  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper ,to taste
  • Salad:
  • 16 ounces dry elbow macaroni, (3 cups cooked)
  • ½ pound ham, cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • ½ cup dill pickles,chopped
  • ½ cup red bell pepper,chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • 2 eggs, hard-cooked, cut into wedges, (for garnish)
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix dressing ingredients

  • Step 2: Refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Step 3: Cook the macaroni in heavily salted water

  • Step 4: Drain

  • Step 5: Mix the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad ingredients.

  • Step 6: Mix well.

  • Step 7: Transfer salad to serving dish and garnish with parsley, egg wedges, and a sprinkle of paprika
