Step 1: Heat 2 skillets
Step 2: In 1st skillet
Step 3: Pat out 2 equal burgers 8 ounces each (or smaller if you want to get it in your mouth lol)
Step 4: Heat seasoned to taste hamburger patties(sprinkle on seasonings)
Step 5: Cook until done on on side( may need to cover )
Step 6: Flip and put a slice of cheese on each patty
Step 7: Heat ham slice and put it on American cheese
Step 8: Put bacon on swiss cheese crisscrossed
Step 9: Put cooked mushrooms on swiss
Step 10: Put grilled onions on American cheese
Step 11: Put patties together and put on bottom of the bun
Step 12: Put lettuce and tomato on top of bun
Step 13: (Could add smear of mayonnaise)
Step 14: Serve with a dill pickle spear
Step 15: In second skillet
Step 16: Heat bacon until crisp
Step 17: Cook onion and mushrooms in bacon grease and a little butter until softened
Step 18: Butter bun and toast
