  • 1 pound cabbage, diced into squares,(2 cups)
  • 4 stalks celery,chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounces) bean sprouts drained
  • 1 can (4 ounces) water chestnuts,sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Slurry:
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: In pan 1

  • Step 2: Saute the pork

  • Step 3: Getting it into tiny pieces

  • Step 4: In wok

  • Step 5: Heat oil

  • Step 6: And cook celery and cabbage

  • Step 7: Until bright green

  • Step 8: Add broth and other vegetables

  • Step 9: Cook 10 minutes until cabbage is tender but not limp

  • Step 10: Add pork in

  • Step 11: Mix slurry and add to wok

  • Step 12: Cook until thick season to taste
