  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (just a pinch or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup butter (salted, cold, cubed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C)

  • Step 2: Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Add the cubed butter and rub it into the flour mixture with your fingers, until it is a rough, clumpy mixture. Chill for 15 minutes.

  • Step 3: Pour the crumbles onto a rimmed cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a golden color. Stir/turn gently, halfway through the baking time.

  • Step 4: Remove from oven and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container, if you have any left!
