  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped and toasted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine first four ingredients (sugar - butter) in a saucepan. Cook over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-8 minutes or until mixture barely comes to a low boil. Remove from heat and cool for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: Stir in the whipping cream. Then stir in the toasted pecans.

  • Step 3: If using right away, let it cool a little bit. Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge.
