  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can (10 ounces) rotel tomatoes,diced
  • 1 can (4 ounces) green chilies,chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded

  • Step 1: In stock pot

  • Step 2: Heat oil and butter together

  • Step 3: Add onions and jalapenos

  • Step 4: Add hashbrowns

  • Step 15: But cook until hot 10 more minutes

  • Step 16: Add cheese off heat

  • Step 17: Stir until melted
