Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 green onions
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • Sauce:
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic,smashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut tenderloin in half lengthwise into 2 long strips.

  • Step 2: Cut each strip into bite-sized pieces.

  • Step 3: Add pieces to a bowl

  • Step 4: Set aside.

  • Step 5: Chop green onions into 2-inch pieces

  • Step 6: Reserving green ends to be chopped as garnish later.

  • Step 7: Add onion pieces, 1 tablespoon each sriracha and soy sauce, pepper and salt to pork and stir to combine.

  • Step 8: Marinate pork and onions for 8 hours

  • Step 9: Meanwhile

  • Step 10: Combine sauce ingredients and stir well; set aside.

  • Step 11: Have Enough oil to coat the bottom of wok and heat over high heat.

  • Step 12: Once skillet is hot

  • Step 13: Add half of the pork and onions in a single layer.

  • Step 14: Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until pieces are nicely browned and starting to crisp.

  • Step 15: Remove to a bowl and continue cooking the rest of the pork and onions.

  • Step 16: Once all the pork is browned

  • Step 17: Return to skillet

  • Step 18: Reduce heat to medium, add the sauce and stir to coat.

  • Step 19: Continue cooking for 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

  • Step 20: Serve with white rice and garnish with fresh chopped green onions.
