  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup onions,chopped
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 16 ounces cole slaw mix
  • 2 pounds potatoes,peeled,chopped
  • 8 cups beef broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dillweed,minced

  • Step 1: Mix meat mixture together set aside

  • Step 2: In large stockpot

  • Step 3: Heat oil
