  • 16 ounces sour cream,(1½ cup)
  • 6 tablespoons butter ,melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat the eggs and sugar in a blender for 8 minutes

  • Step 2: Until the preparation becomes white and makes ribbons.

  • Step 3: Pour into bowl

  • Step 4: Whisk the flour and cardamom

  • Step 5: Mix in 1/2

  • Step 6: Alternating with the sour cream

  • Step 7: Folding in using a spatula.

  • Step 8: Add remaining flour and melted butter. Mix

  • Step 9: Let rest for 10 minutes

  • Step 10: Heat the waffle maker.

  • Step 11: Spray pam heavily

  • Step 12: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter at a time. Close the appliance and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until golden.

  • Step 13: Repeat with the remaining batter.
