  • 12 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta according to directions, adding broccoli the last 4 minutes.

  • Step 2: Drain

  • Step 3: Keep warm.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile

  • Step 5: Combine broth, cornstarch, and seasoning

  • Step 6: Set aside.

  • Step 7: Cut the chicken into 1 inch chunks .

  • Step 8: In a large nonstick skillet, cook chicken in hot oil 4 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring often.

  • Step 9: Stir cornstarch mixture

  • Step 10: Add to skillet.

  • Step 11: Cook and stir until thickened.

  • Step 12: Stir in tarragon

  • Step 13: Cook for 2 minutes.

  • Step 14: Serve over pasta.
