Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn ,undrained
  • 2 cups water ,more if needed
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt, to taste(I would add kess)
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place butter in large sauce pan and begin to melt.

  • Step 2: Add onions and peppers and cook until tender.

  • Step 3: Add ground beef and cook until browned.

  • Step 4: Drain if necessary

  • Step 5: Add corn,tomato soup (rinse out soup can with water), salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Step 6: Cover and simmer 45 minutes.

  • Step 7: Check for seasonings
