  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2: Butter and flour 8x8 pan

  • Step 3: Cream butter and sugar

  • Step 6: Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk

  • Step 7: Mix topping
