  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Salad:
  • 10 mushrooms,sliced
  • 4 scallions,minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley,minced
  • 3 tomatoes,peeled,cut in 8ths
  • 1 green bell peppers ,chopped
  • 8 ounces swiss cheese,diced small
  • 4 eggs ,hardboiled,sliced

  • Step 1: Salt the cucumbers and let them set

  • Step 2: Set for 30 minutes
