  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup celery,chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper,chopped
  • 1 tomato,cut in 8 wedges

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2: Mix meatballs

  • Step 3: Make 12 balls
