  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 2 pounds ground venison
  • 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoons pepper
  • Topping:
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

  • Step 1: Heat grease

  • Step 2: Add onion

  • Step 3: Add garlic

  • Step 4: Cook until opaque

  • Step 8: Pour on top bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 60 minutes
