  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) beer
  • 2 carrots,chopped

  • 2 stalks celery,chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2: Place roast in pan

  • Step 3: Season

  • Step 6: Add to roast

  • Step 7: Reduce heat to 325

  • Step 8: Bake 60 minutes more until meat is tender (check at 30 minutes)
