  • 6 ounces bacon,(6 strips)
  • 1/2 cup onion,minced
  • 1⁄4 cup green peppers,chopped
  • 7 ounces cooked white rice, (3 cups)
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes,diced
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a a skillet

  • Step 2: Fry the bacon until it is crisp

  • Step 3: Remove from skillet and drain off most of the fat.

  • Step 4: Add onion and green pepper to bacon fat and cook over medium heat until the onion is yellowed.

  • Step 5: Add remaining ingredients and cook uncovered over low heat for abou 15 minutes, or until hot.
