  • Dressing :
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoons milk
  • Salad
  • 1 head broccoli,chopped bite size pieces
  • 1 apple ,diced
  • 1 /2 cup red onions,chopped
  • 3 tablespoons peanuts,chopped
  • 8 ounces dry penne pasta,cooked al dente,drained

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix salad dressing together

  • Step 2: Cook pasta according to package directions.

  • Step 3: Minutes before the pasta is done, add the broccoli to the pan and let it cook bright green with pasta the last coupla minutes.

  • Step 4: Drain pasta and broccoli and let it cool.

  • Step 5: Add rest of salad then toss with dressing season to taste
