Step 1: Chicken:

Step 15: Remove the chicken from the wok.
Step 16: Add the rest of the oil into the wok, then add the onion and carrots.
Step 17: Sauté for about a minute.
Step 18: Add the bell peppers and sauté until tender but crisp.
Step 19: Add the shrimp and chicken and garlic. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 20: Stir the sauce to combine cornstarch
Step 21: Add sauce to wok
Step 22: Then simmer until the texture of the sauce becomes thick.
Step 23: Cook everything for 2 more minutes.
