  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 small tomato, chopped (I used 1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • Baked tortilla strips or crushed tortilla chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large saucepan, sauté onion and spices. Add the tomato & broth, bring to a boil.
