Step 1: Heat onions and butter until opaque.
Step 2: Add tomato paste and flour.
Step 3: Cooked 5 minutes.
Step 4: Combine chopped tomatoes, onion, water, salt and pepper .
Step 5: Cook over medium heat for 5 more minutes.
Step 6: Then add the chicken broth and water.
Step 7: Stirring constantly, bring to boiling and cook for 20 minutes at a low simmer.
Step 8: Force mixture through a fine sieve or use a stick blender.
Step 9: (If eating warm add cream here).
Step 10: Chill several hours.
Step 11: Before serving, blend in cream.
