  • 1 can (16 ounces) creamed corn
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk,scalded
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons butter,melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2: Pam spray a 8x8 pan

  • Step 3: In a bowl put corn corn in

  • Step 4: Mix with flour, baking powder,sugar & seasonings

  • Step 5: Mix in creamed corn and butter

  • Step 6: In another bowl

  • Step 7: Beat eggs well

  • Step 8: Add cooled milk

  • Step 9: Beat well

  • Step 10: Add to corn

  • Step 11: Add mixture to casserole

  • Step 12: Put in a water bath

  • Step 13: Bake for 40 minutes or firm to touch
