  • 1 package (18 ounces) yellow cake mix
  • 1 box (3 ounces) instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 can(16 ounces)fruit cocktail,keep juice
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar,packed
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts,chopped
  • Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut flakes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat 325 degrees

  • Step 2: Mix cake mix, pudding ,eggs, oil ,extract,coconut and juice

  • Step 3: Fold in fruit

  • Step 4: Pour in 9x13 greased cake pan

  • Step 5: Mix brown sugar and nuts

  • Step 6: Sprinkle over cake mix

  • Step 7: Bake 45 minutes

  • Step 8: For glaze

  • Step 9: Boil everything but coconut

  • Step 10: Pour over cake

  • Step 11: Sprinkle on coconut
