  • 6 ounces crab meat
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Crisp crackers

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice the cream cheese in the middle (longways), so you will have two equal large pieces of cream cheese

  • Step 2: Place them side by side on an attractive plate

  • Step 3: Cover them with the crab meat

  • Step 4: Mix together the chili sauce, horseradish, worchestershire, tabasco, lemon juice, chives, parsley and salt

  • Step 5: Just before serving, top the crab with the chili sauce mixture

  • Step 6: Serve with crisp crackers
