  • Salad:
  • 2 pounds lump crab meat,check gently for shells
  • 5 tomatoes,medium ,peeled, seeded, chopped,drained
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives,minced
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley,minced
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
  • Bottom:
  • 1 head romaine lettuce,chopped
  • 6 avocados,halved
  • Garnish:
  • 2 tomatoes,sliced in 8ths
  • 1 avocado,sliced thinly

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine salad ingredients together

  • Step 2: On plates divide lettuce

  • Step 3: Put 2 avocado pieces on top

  • Step 4: Of each

  • Step 5: Divide salad among the avocados

  • Step 6: Arrange avocado and tomato slices around stuffed avocados on 1 side

  • Step 7: (Now they probably put dressing on these also but didnt say so put a little oil tarragon vinegar lemon juice here too if wanted)
