  • 8 ounces zucchini,chunky
  • 2 cloves garlic,smashed
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 ounces heavy cream,(1 cup)
  • 8 ounces romano cheese,grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley,minced

  • Step 1: Cook fettuccine in heavily salted water and drain keeping 1/2 cup water
