  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2: Butter and flour 9x9 cake pan

  • Step 3: Beat egg whites with cream of tartar

  • Step 4: Until stiff

  • Step 5: In another bowl cream butter and sugar

  • Step 6: Add egg yolks

  • Step 7: Add orange zest and vanilla

  • Step 8: In another bowl whisk dry ingredients together

  • Step 12: Sprinkle with blueberries

  • Step 13: Bake for 30 minutes until done

  • Step 14: Sprinkle with powdered sugar
