  • 4 cloves garlic,smashed
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons maggi sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chicken broth

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash rice until runs clear

  • Step 2: Let drain

  • Step 3: Heat butter

  • Step 4: Add rice cook until opaque

  • Step 5: Add garlic

  • Step 6: Add tomato paste

  • Step 7: Stir around until all rice coated and tomato paste is cooked but not burned

  • Step 8: Add chicken stock

  • Step 9: Add maggi sauce

  • Step 10: And salt

  • Step 11: Cover and turn to a simmer for 20 minutes

  • Step 12: Turn off heat dont uncover and let set 10 minutes
